The weekend is upon me...
Under the Tuscan Sun was the free movie this morning - I got to stare at Raoul Bova (new Gap guy)
I got myself a saving account - stashed away part of my Episode II bonus that I got on Friday
The other portion of the bonus went into the stash I have going to pay my car loan
Notre Dame is falling behind Purdue in the 3rd Quarter
This week all my TV shows did well in the ratings - My TV schedule goes Mon. (Monday Night Football) Tues. (Gilmore Girls) Wed. (Smallville) Thus. (Friends/CSI) Fri. (JAG) Sat (what ever i can find) Sun. (Alias)
Tomorrow brings the premire of Alias - darn Vaughn for getting married!
Also I go shopping for my halloween outfit. Kate and I will make this year #3 at the ILM halloween party. Maybe this year we will win a prize

This weekend is turning out pretty good... now only if I could clean the apartment and do my laundry.

Wow can you believe it, within the past week, I did 2 count them 2 *girlie* things. Now don't get me wrong, I do clean up good when need be, but give me a comfy pair of jeans and a t-shirt over a dress and high heels any day!

Number 1 girlie thing - after getting a 20 dollar gift certificate for bath and body for my birthday (to which I bought the best scent Sweet Pea - lotion/candle/body spray) and wining the small gift prize at work from Stellar Spa (tropical candle/Kaluha body cream/pine apple/coconut/french vanilla lotion) - things I don't often have in my apartment I now have. *I even had to tell my mom, because I knew she would get a kick out of it*

Number 2 girlie thing - after getting this really pretty necklace from my parents for my 24th birthday - blue topaz/blue opal white gold - I decided to take the 100 dollars that my uncle gave me and bought a ring to match. The cool thing - I got a 250 dollar ring for 99 dollars because it was 60% off! For me, I don't always wear the jewelry that I have aquired over the years, but even rarer is me buying jewelry for myself.

Who knows, maybe I'll do some more *girlie* things in the weeks to come.

Well for me, it was leftover Frechita (?) cheese pizza.

Directions -
Go to store
Pick out favorite pizza toppings
Buy said pizza
Once home preheat oven to stated degree on box
Insert pizza into oven
Set timer for alotted time
Once pizza is done cooking
Take said pizza out
Let stand a few minutes before cutting pieces
Take pieces you want and place on plate
Sit down to eat!

Here I am just chilling in my apt. Doing some surffing...reading some Fan Fic, some JAG and some Stephaine Plum. When this statement"The self-replicating ideas are conspiring to enslave our minds." creapt into my head.

What does this all mean you ask? Well I keep thinking about that commercial for Visa check card with the dad and son trying to buy a set of bunnies and it is taking way toooooo long to have their credit card go through and then the bunnies multiply - Well what if you did that comercial but in stead of bunnies, it was rolls of TP that replicated. Or mounds of white socks. You could also make make the commercial about replicating dinosaurs. You never know... the imagination can run wild with this....

Well my sister is traveling to Colorado with her boyfriend this weekend...How lovely... It would be nice to go back to CO and visit. Seeing as how I was born in Longmont, CO. How long did I stay there? Oh about 5 days. My dad had already been transfered to CA. And well after I arrived we moved.

And this place wants to know just how far away am I from my birth place and how far I might be from it in 10 years...

Well I currently am 1249.8 miles (San Rafael, CA to Longmont, CO)

Where will I be 10 years from now... who knows. Hopefully I will still be in CA. I love the sun!
